Sirovatka Serhiy Serhiyovych – graduated in 2008 from the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs and received a full higher education majoring in “Law enforcement activities” and qualified as a lawyer

He graduated in 2010 from the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs and received a full higher education majoring in “Jurisprudence” and qualified as a lawyer.

In 2012, he received a diploma with honors from the National University “Odesa Law Academy” and received a full higher education in the specialty “Jurisprudence” and the qualification of Master of Laws.

In July 2012, he successfully passed the bar exam, received a certificate of the right to practice law and started an individual law practice.

After 7 years of successful lawyer practice, he founded the “Garants” lawyer association, which is successfully functioning to this day.

In 2020, in the specialized academic council D 08.727.04 of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Serhiy Serhiyovich Syrovatka defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences with the specialty 12.00.08 – criminal law and criminology; criminal law on the topic: “Criminal liability for appropriation, waste of property or possession of it by abuse of official position, committed in complicity.”

From 2021, as an external part-time employee, he began scientific and pedagogical activities at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, from September 1, 2022, at the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, he conducts high-level lectures and seminars for students of higher education Educational-scientific institute of correspondence education and advanced training of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs in the academic disciplines “Criminal Law”, “Criminology”, “Advocacy in Ukraine”.

From September 27 to October 6, 2021, he completed an international internship at the European University of Viadrina (Federal Republic of Germany) under the program “Modern approaches to the organization of the educational process for students of legal education” in the amount of 6 credits (180 hours) and received certificate No. LSI -25215-VIA dated 06.10.2021.

Received a certificate confirming knowledge of the English language at level B 2 in 2021 (Examination and education center #37F11S249DP07).

Since 2022, he has been working on a dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences with the specialty 12.00.08 – criminal law and criminology; criminal law on the topic: “CRIMINOLOGY PRINCIPLES OF CORRUPTION PREVENTION IN THE INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION SPHERE OF UKRAINE”.

On December 19, 2018, Serhiy Serhiyovych Syrovatka was awarded by the Kyiv Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with a certificate for a significant personal contribution to strengthening law and order, respect for human rights and freedoms, and fruitful business cooperation with the Kyiv Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry justice of Ukraine.

On December 2, 2022, he received the Certificate of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with confirmation that in the period from November 2, 2022. until 29.11.2022 passed advanced training in the educational program “Innovation in the field of law enforcement” in the specialty 262 “Law enforcement” for teaching and scientific-pedagogical workers in the amount of 6 ECTS credits (180 hours).

On March 21, 2023, the commander of the A3547 military unit, Major Vadym Matyush, received a thank you for his active public position, patriotism and fruitful cooperation with the A3547 military unit of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to ensure the fulfillment of assigned tasks in the conditions of the Ukrainian nation’s heroic resistance to the Russian military invasion .
